Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate

Selling your home and needing a Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate?

We provide a pool inspection in accordance with AS 1926 Swimming Pool Safety, part 1, 2 & 3.

Should the pool area not comply with AS 1926 Swimming Pool Safety, we will provide you with a scope of works that will need to be addressed prior to being able to issue your compliance certificate.

Once we have been notified the remedial work has been completed, we will reinspect at no charge.

The Pool Compliance Certificate will be issued once the pool complies with AS 1926 Swimming Pool Safety and the tax invoice has been paid in full.

The cost for the inspection and issue of the compliance certificate is $165 inc GST (Metropolitan Area)
